Thank you for viewing our website and taking the time to view our products. Most of our products are in stock. There is a time or two where they may be backordered. Usually it takes about a week to  receive your order. Some saddles may have to be oiled and polished. This will take 3-5 extra days. The saddle will then be sent and you can expect to receive your saddle in about 10days after that.

If for some reason you decide to return your order call or email us and let us know. We will credit your account  as soon as we receive your order.  There is a $50.00 charge for returned saddles.

All merchandise must be returned clean.  Please make sure there is no hair or dirt. Saddles will be charged a $50.00 fee and Natural Rides a $30.00 fee if they are not clean.
